Consider and take action on Ordinance No. 16-13, amending the City of Texas City's Fiscal Year 2015-16 Budget to appropriate funds for the removal of the train at Noble Park and the restoration of park grounds. (Finance)

A budget amendment is needed to appropriate funds for the removal of the train at Noble Park and the restoration of the park grounds.

The railroad museum in Galveston, the owners of the train, have requested the train be returned.

Funds will come from the General Fund undesignated fund balance with the work being done and/or supervised by the city's Public Works department.
