ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider approval of a request to amend the City of Texas City’s fiscal year 2015-16 budget.
BACKGROUND
A budget amendment is needed to appropriate local matching funds to the Gulf Coast Center in conjunction with their application for a federal transportation grant.
As referenced in Resolution No. 16-034, the city will provide $400,000 as the local matching amount.
Funds will come from two construction funds.
