Conduct a Public Hearing for Nick and Christy Stepchinski's request to rezone from "A" (Single Family Residential) to "E" (General Business) to construct a 36 unit motel. Being Lots 47,48 and Part of 49, Lot 73 and 74, Highland Allotment 1st Subdivision. Located on I-45 and west of So. Noble Road.
BACKGROUND
This rezoning request was previously denied during a Public Hearing before the Zoning Commission on April 5, 2016. It is now being forwarded to the City Commission by specific applicant request.
