ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)

BACKGROUND

The City had HGAC put out a bid for a Debris Removal contract for post-hurricane/disaster recovery.  Five companies submitted bids and all five were interviewed.  The selection committee, consisting of Derek Duckett, George Fuller, Mike Stump, and Mike Jones (Texas Division of Emergency Management), selected DRC to act as the city’s primary contract and Ashbritt to serve as a backup.
