Consider and take action on Ordnance No 16-032, second reading of franchise. (City Secretary)
BACKGROUND
The City has completed a renewal of the Electric Franchise Agreement with Texas New Mexico Power(TNMP). The franchise agreement allows TNMP access to City ROW's to maintain electrical lines and provide electricity to the residents. There has been no changes since the first reading on September 21, 2016.
