ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Preliminary rezoning approval for Sam Boyd to rezone from "O" (Open Space) to "E" (General Business) and "E-4" (Commercial Warehouse) to construct an office and warehouse. Being 4.95 acres out of the W.G. Bank Survey. Located on FM 646.
BACKGROUND
This rezoning request went before the Zoning Commission on April 5, 2011 for a rezoning Public Hearing. After hearing all pertinent information the Commission unanimously granted approval. There was no opposition to the rezoning request. Please reference minutes from the April 5, 2011 meeting for further details. This item has also been granted approval by the Planning Board during their meeting on April 4, 2011.
