Rezoning Public Hearing:   James McWhorter/St. Mary’s Capital Development Fund requests to rezone from “A” (Single Family Residential) to “A-1" (Patio Homes) to construct new subdivision and build homes. Being 6.78 acres out of a 24.06 acre tract, J.B. Wells Survey. Located on 13th Avenue and 15th Street North.

This rezoning request has been granted approval by both the Planning Board and the Zoning Commission.  A rezoning Public Hearing was held before the Zoning Commission on April 5, 2011 and after hearing all pertinent information the commission unanimously granted approval.  Three  letters were recieved with stating some opposition and property owners having questions ; however, after hearing the development proposal no opposition was offered.
