Bids were mailed to area vendors on April 12, 2011. A bid tabulation is attached for your review.

ANALYSIS
The low responsible bid meeting all specifications was received by Badger Meter, Inc., in Milwaukee, WI., for the unit prices bid.
It is my recommendation to award the Annual Contract for the purchase and delivery of water meters to Badger Meter, Inc., for the unit prices bid and that the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
