Swearing in of Reserve Marshal.
BACKGROUND
The State requires all active police to be sworn in. Michael Montez, as a reserve officers is a certified peace officer with the State of Texas, and will work with the Texas City Municipal Court as a Marshal serving warrants, making arrests, etc.
