Conduct a Public Hearing and receive citizen input regarding an update to Land-Use Assumptions, Capital Improvements Plan, and Impact Fees for Water and Wastewater.

City staff along with an engineering consultant, ARKK Engineers, have prepared an update to Land-use Assumptions, Capital Improvements Plan, and Impact Fees for water and wastewater.  This is sometimes referred to as the Capital Recovery Plan.

The updated materials were presented to the Advisory Committee on July 17th, and again on July 24th.  Although two meetings of the Advisory Committee are not required, the follow-up meeting provided an opportunity for staff to meet with Land Tejas and address questions and comments related to the update before action was taken by the Advisory Committee.

At the conclusion of the July 24th meeting, the Advisory Committee made a recommendation to adopt the Land-Use Assumptions, Capital Improvements Plan, and Impact Fees as presented.  ARKK Engineers and staff will make a presentation highlighting the updated materials and be able to address questions and comments.
