ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider and take action on Resolution No. 17-044, adopting updated Land-Use Assumptions, Capital Improvements Plan, and Impact Fees for water and wastewater. (Planning)
BACKGROUND
City staff has initiated an update to the City's Capital Improvements Plan. ARKK Engineering was brought on as a consultant to assist with preparation of Land-Use Assumptions, Capital Improvements Plan, and Impact Fees for water and wastewater. All provisions in the Local Government Code for a periodic update to the Capital Recovery Plan have been followed. Information included with this Resolution is the full Capital Recovery Plan with updated Land-Use Assumptions, Capital Improvements Plan, and proposed Impact Fees for water and wastewater. Also included are comments and a recommendation from the Citizen Advisory Committee.
