It is proposed that the TCEDC approves the construction of an eight foot tall wooden privacy fence along the east side of the TCEDC property located at 613 7th Avenue North. The fence will serve to screen a derelict building adjacent to the property from the view of 6th Street. The total project cost is $3,650. It is also proposed that the TCEDC approves an additional $10,000 to construct a fence behind the Showboat property to screen the adjacent properties from view.
