The business owner at 1601 6th Street North has recently undertaken beautification of his car wash by cleaning and painting the exterior of the building at his own expense. It is proposed that the TCEDC ratifies expenditures to build a fence in the city right-of-way on the north edge of the property as well a section on the west edge of the property to further beautify the property which is in a high traffic area leading to Downtown 6th Street. Total cost to construct the 213ft. fence is $3,800.
