ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider and take action on Resolution No. 17-29, approving the actions of the board for the 2016-2017 fiscal year.
BACKGROUND
This is an action started by our City Attorney (TCEDC's attorney) to validate the smaller items, non-budgetary in nature, or below the monetary or budgetary limit that requires Board's approval, or other items such as change orders under the allowable percentage, advertisement in newspapers, etc. and are within the line item of the budget.
