On December 26, 2017 bid packets were mailed to area vendors. Bids were opened Thursday, January 11, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.

ANALYSIS
The low responsible bid meeting all specifications was received from Commercial Chemical Products, Inc. DBA Poolsure, in Houston, for the unit prices bid.
It is my recommendation to award the contract for the Water Disinfecting Chemicals Annual Contract to Commercial Chemical Products, Inc. DBA Poolsure, in Houston, for the unit prices bid and that the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
