ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider and take action on Resolution No. 18-018, approving the execution of an engineering agreement with ARKK Engineers,LLC, for the Texas Avenue Reconstruction Project.
BACKGROUND
ARKK Engineers, LLC. has submitted an Agreement for Services, for the engineering services of the Texas Avenue Reconstruction Project for the design and construction phases totaling $638,460.00

ANALYSIS
it is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to approve a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an engineering Agreement For Services with ARKK Engineers, LLC, for the Texas Avenue Reconstruction Project for the design and construction phases totaling $638,460.00.
