ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider and take action on Resolution No. 18-028, approving the extension of location where the optional relocation project will be conducted from 5th Ave N Chelsea Manor sub-division, to south side of 9th Ave N Snug Harbor sub-division.
BACKGROUND
on August 2, 2017 the Community Development Optional Reconstruction Program was approved. The targeted neighborhood was Chelsea Manor whose boundaries are from Texas Ave to 5th Ave N. The Community Development Department is proposing to amend its Action Plan for the year 2017 to extend the location where projects can be conducted. The Department proposes to extend the location 4 (four) blocks from 5th Ave N (Chelsea Manor) to the south side of 9th Ave N (Snug Harbor).
