ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)

Approve and award an annual contract for 2018-047 Water and Sewer System Repairs.

BACKGROUND

Bid packets were made available to local area contractors March 12, 2018 for the Water and Sewer System Repairs Annual Contract. Bids were opened on Tuesday, March 27, 2018.


A bid tabulation is attached for your review.

ANALYSIS

The low responsible meeting all specifications was received from T Construction, LLC, in Houston Texas for the unit prices bid.    It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to award Bid # 2018-047 Water and Sewer System Repairs Annual Contract to T Construction, LLC for the unit prices and that the Mayor is authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
