BACKGROUND
Motion to appoint Dr. Lynn Ray Ellis to the Library Board. Board member Clara Irby has resigned, so the library is recommending Dr. Ellis to be appointed. Dr. Ellis is a frequent library user and a long serving commissioner for Texas City.
