Consider and take action on Resolution No. 18-064, appointing/ re-appointing members to TIRZ 1 Board of Directors. (City Secretary)

This is an annual appointment process.  The only difference this year is with Rick Wilkenfeld moving outside the city limits of Texas City, he no longer can serve as one of our city's rep.  However, Chris Doyle has been the county rep and lives in Texas City.  Both public entities have agreed to switch the position so that we can continue with the continuity of the board.  Therefore, Chris Doyle will now be the City's representative and Chair of the TIRZ Board and Lago Mar Development Board and Rick Wilkenfeld will be the County representative.  With all of the activity that has finally kicked off in the last couple of years, it was felt keeping the continuity for now was essential.
