ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Request to rezone from "E" (General Business) to "S-P" (Site Plan) to construct 30 rental cottages. Being 2.73 acres out of Abstract 5, J. Wells Survey. Located at 290 Dike Road.
BACKGROUND
Mr. Mark McKim's request to rezone the property to "S-P" (Site Plan) was initially presented to the Planning Board on May 7, 2018 resulting in a recommendation to approve. Next, the project was presented to the Zoning Commission during a Public Hearing held on June 5, 2018. There was no opposition to the request to rezone. After hearing all pertinent information the rezoning request was unanimously approved.
