ANALYSIS
The Public Works Department recommends the award of Bid # 2018-054 Laboratory Testing At The Waste Water Treatment Plant Annual Contract to Environdyne Laboratories, Inc., in Houston for the unit prices bid and that the Mayor is authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
