BACKGROUND
On 6/20/2018 GrantWorks was awarded the contract for the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Administration-Professional Services Contract. As part of the administration services GrantWorks e-mailed vendors the 2018-357 CDBG-DR Grant-Engineering/Architectural/Surveying proposal packets on July 20, 2018.
The received proposals were reviewed by the city's Selection Review Committee on July 30th an July 31st of 2018.
