Consider and take action on Resolution No. 18-077, approving to continue Interlocal agreement with the City of Baytown. (Community Development)
BACKGROUND
On May 3, 2017 the City entered into an Interlocal agreement with the City of Baytown for Residential Demolition and Grant Mackay Company Inc. (Contractor). After, the first year Baytown renewed their contract with Grant Mackay Company Inc., under the same terms and conditions, with a 2.1% Consumer Price Index (CPI) increase.
