ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider and take action on Ordinance No. 18-17, approving a 15' variance to the 60' width requirement for a flag lot as required by Section 159.050 D(2) of the Subdivision Ordinance.
BACKGROUND
Sharon McDaniels came before the Planning Board on August 6, 2018 to request a 15' variance to the 60' ROW requirement for a flag lot. After hearing all the information the Planning Board unanimously recommends approval of the variance.
