Approve and award Bid # 2019-063 Recycled Crushed Concrete Annual Contract.
BACKGROUND
On October 23, 2018, a notice to bidders was advertised and bid packets were mailed to local area vendors. Bids were opened on November 8, 2018.

ANALYSIS
The lowest responsible bidder meeting all qualifications is Southern Crushed Concrete Inc., in Houston Texas for the unit prices bid.
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to a ward bid # 2019-063 Recycled Crushed Concrete Annual Contract to Southern Crushed Concrete Inc., for the unit prices bid and that the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
