On October 19, 2018 bid packets were mailed out to area vendors. Bids were opened on Monday, November 05, 2018 at 2:00 p.m..

The lowest responsible bid was received from McRee Ford in Dickinson Texas for the total amount of $77,208.58.
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department and the Fleet Maintenance Superintendent to award the purchase and delivery of Bid # 2019-062 New Various Pickup Trucks to McRee Ford for the total bid amount of $77,208.58.
