Consider and take action on Ordinance No. 19-03, amending the City's fiscal year 2018-2019 budget to appropriate funds for change to purchase order of the Northeast Force Main Project.

Attached is proposed Change Order No 2 to the Northeast Force Main Project which will authorize Angel Brothers to clear and grub the City's 26 acres located @ Attwater and Humble Camp Road. This is in anticipation of construction of the proposed Fire Training Facility and is adjacent to Angel Brothers' force main work. We priced the work elsewhere and others are more expensive since Angel Brothers will have some of the equipment on site and will not have to mobilize twice.

 

This change order will require a budget amendment in the amount of $116,526.26 to fund the work. This will be added to purchase order 21901852.
