Approve and award bid # 2019-365 Roof Replacement and Exterior Wall Repair for Fire Station # 3, to Pyramid Waterproofing for the total amount $238,292.40.
BACKGROUND
On March 28, 2019, a total of 6 bids were received, opened and read aloud.

ANALYSIS
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department and the Fire Department to award the contract for Bid # 2019-365 Roof Replacement and Exterior Wall Repair for Fire Station # 3,to Pyramid Waterproofing Inc., in Houston Texas, for the total bid amount of $238,292.40 and that the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission. It is further recommended that the Mayor be authorized to approve change orders, not to exceed 25% of the total contract price, without taking the matter before the City Commission.
