ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider and take action approving the purchase of a 2015 685C Motor Grader with approximately 550 hours, for the Public Works Department.
BACKGROUND
This piece of equipment would be purchased from ROMCO Equipment Company for $95,762.00. Due to the age, we were unable to use a purchasing cooperative to purchase this piece of equipment, therefore, a competitive quote is attached for your review.

ALTERNATIVES CONSIDERED
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to award the purchase of the 2015 685C Motor Grader for the total purchase amount of $95,762.00 (after trade-in).
