Approve and award a contract for the 2019 Pavement Striping Project at Various Locations
BACKGROUND
Bid packets were made available to area vendors June 4, 2019. Bids were opened and read aloud on June 25, 2019.

ANALYSIS
The low responsible bidder meeting all specifications was received from Stripe Lines, Inc. in Houston Texas, for the total bid amount of $148,367.00. It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to award the contract to Stripe Lines, Inc. for the amount bid and that the Mayor is authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the Commission.
It is further requested that the Mayor be authorized to approve any change orders not to exceed 25% without bringing the matter before the Commission.
