ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)

Consider approval of an ordinance to permanently rezone the property at 3210 Gulf Freeway from "A" (Single Family Residential)  to "C" (Multi-family Residential)  to construct apartments and townhomes.  Being 9.4 acres out of Lots 9,11 of the Waterman's
S/d. 

BACKGROUND

This development has been given preliminary rezoning approval by the City Commission on October 3, 2018 and has been given Site Plan approval by the Planning Board.  The building permit for the development has been issued and it is now ready for Multi-Family Residential zoning to be finalized.
