Consider and take action on Ordinance No. 19-18, amending the City's fiscal year 2018-2019 budget to appropriate funds for purchase of capital items for the Public Works Department. (Finance)

As referenced in Resolution 19-057 and Resolution 19-058, the Public Works Department is purchasing a 2017 Doosan Model DL200-5 wheel loader and a 2015 685C Motor Grader.

The wheel loader cost of $99,900, after trade-in, and the motor grader cost of $95,762, will be funded through the City's Capital Equipment Replacement Fund, Miscellaneous Equipment account.
