ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)

Approve and award funds for the purchase and installation of new stadium seating at Robinson Field.

BACKGROUND

The purchase will be made through TIPPS Purchasing Cooperative, contract # 181101.

ANALYSIS

It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to enter in an agreement with GT Grandstands out of Plant City, Florida, through TIPS purchasing cooperative for the amount of $288,100.00.
