Consider and take action on Resolution No. 19-064, authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Election Services Contract with the County of Galveston and the City of Texas City. (City Secretary)

The last two City elections, the City contracted with the County.  They can spread costs among other entities since they now do county-wide voting.  This November election contract for the Charter Amendments is similar to our general election contract in May except that there will be more early voting days as prescribed by State law, less entities to share the costs with and we pay by the proposition, which is 18 amendments versus 3 or three positions.  The City Attorney is reviewing.  Attached is a draft.
