Approval of the purchasing of materials and services for the repair project at Godard Park facilities from Generocity Services Inc., a member of the Choice Partners Purchasing Cooperative.

On Monday, November 5, 2018 a meeting was held at Godard Park with Generocity Services Inc. regarding three (3) structures, Major Field Press Box Building, Minor Field Press & Restroom Building and Peewee Field Restroom Building. On December 11, 2018 a proposal was submitted to the Parks, Recreation & Tourism Department Park Superintendent. On June 14, 2019 a updated scope of work was submitted.

It is the recommendation of the Parks, Recreation & Tourism Department that the City of Texas City purchase materials and services from Generocity Services Inc., a member of the CHOICE PARTNERS contract # 16/054JN-05 in the amount of $72,023.10, funds are available in the FY 2018-19 budget.
