Consider and take action on Resolution No. 19-39, authorizing the TCEDC Chair or Vice Chair to purchase property from the Property In Trust property listed as 623 1^st Ave N, 918 13^th Ave N, 100 25^th Street N to facilitate new housing.

In anticipation of assisting Hurricane Harvey affected residents who cannot rebuild withing the Industrial Business District (IBD) or for some other reason on their lots or to assist other non-profits improve the value of property by providing an new home to those in need, we are requesting to purchase these three PIT properties.  They should go for about $500 each, but not more than $2,000 or $3,000 each.  We will have a PIT meeting in which our offer will be presented next week.
