Consider and take action on Resolution No. 19-41, authorizing the TCEDC Chairperson to exchange a vacant lot in the TCEDC holdings with the following property owner to assist in appropriate size lot for a new home to replace a home damaged by Hurricane Harvey: 1003 9th Avenue North.

This property is a small home.  It has been affected by Hurricane Harvey.  The Fuller Center is providing the funding and construction to rebuild the home, but to meet the current requirements of the City and the needs of the family, a larger lot is needed.  Similar to the Hurrican IKE grant program, staff would like to exchange lots with the owners to accommodate a rebuild on a suitable size lot.  In addition, this lot is adjacent to the City's east side Fire Station at 10th Street and 9th Ave and would be beneficial to have the extra land as a buffer or expansion if ever necessary.
