ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider and take action on Resolution No. 20-01, approving the final payment to the Texas City Terminal Railway for Bay Street Property and Budget Amendment.
BACKGROUND
The TCEDC has the funds available for the final payment to the TCTRR for the property on Bay Street that was part of a exchange and payment for City and TCEDC property located in the IBD near 4th Av. S and between 6th St. S and 10th St. S. the remainder of the payments is $768,938.98. The mayor suggested we pay this off and no longer carry the liability.
