Consider and take action on Resolution No. 20-03, amending Resolution No. 19-44 to adjust the HDR Agreement scope and fees.

The US Army Corps of Engineers updated what they were going to require with HDR and the City for the permit extension.  The updated requirements required additional work and interaction and time of HDR, which had hourly costs associated for anything over the original scope.  After review and estimates, it appeared it would be over the 25% allowed, so I asked the scope to be updated and the amount adjusted.  Attached is the new scope and fees of $66,000+ for the Shoal Point Extension permit project.
