ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider and take action on Resolution No. 20-058, amending Resolution No. 20-002 approving the Texas City PEG Channel Upgrade.
BACKGROUND
When this was approved in January the resolution was not clear that the PEG funds would not exceed the $100,000 and it appears the entire project would not exceed $100,000. The amendment states the entire project of both General Funds from IT and PEG funds is estimated at a little under $110,000. The PEG funds portion will only be about $95,000 still, but this clarifies the resolution and what the entire cost will be. Sorry for any confusion.
