ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider approval of a request to amend the City of Texas City’s fiscal year 2019/2020 budget.
BACKGROUND
A budget amendment is needed to establish a Special Revenue Fund to account for revenues and expenditures related to grant funds received under the Coronavirus Relief Fund (see Resolution No. 20-056). This will allow City staff to better monitor, control and account for expenditures and reimbursements.
