BACKGROUND
Proposal Packet for the 2020-383 CDBG-MIT Administration and/or Planning Services were mailed out Thursday, June 25, 2020.
ANALYSIS
The RFP 2020-383 CDBG-MIT Administration and/or Planning Services were opened on July 8, 2020 starting at 2:00 p.m.
Five proposal were submitted by various companies. After reviewing and rating the proposals it is recommended by the Selection Review Committee to award the contract to Grant Works, Inc. The alternate choice is Tidal Basin Government Consulting, LLC.
