ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Approve and award a contract for Bid # 2020-085 Laboratory Testing at the Wastewater Treatment Plant Annual Contract.
BACKGROUND
A notice to bidders was published in the Galveston County Daily News June 18th, and 25th of 2020, and bid packets were made available to local area vendors.
The bids were opened and read aloud on July 8, 2020 and the lowest responsible bidder was Envirodyne. A bid tabulation is attached for your review.

ANALYSIS
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to award Bid # 2020-085 Laboratory Testing At The Wastewater Treatment Plant Annual Contract to Envirodyne Laboratories, Inc. for the unit prices bid and that the Mayor is authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City Commission.
