BACKGROUND
A notice to bidders was advertised on June 18 & 25, 2020, and bid packets were made available to local area vendors.
Bids were opened on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.
The lowest responsible bidder meeting all requirements was Sun Coast Resources, Inc. in Houston, Texas.

ANALYSIS
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department to award Bid # 2020-084 Gasoline and Diesel Annual Contract to Sun Coast Resources, Inc. for the unit prices bid and that the Mayor is authorized to execute this contract on behalf of the City Commission.
