ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider and take action on Resolution No. 20-068, calling November 3, 2020 General Election. (Management Services)
BACKGROUND
This is a re-do of the calling of the election for the May election now based upon an Election date of November 3, 2020. Included are the two locations that the City of Texas City will want to make sure we have which are the Nessler Center and Carver Center. However, the County will add additional locations in Texas City as well as any polling place in Galveston County will allow you to get a Texas City ballot if you are a resident.
