Consider and take action on Resolution No. 20-14, approving the underground electrical and street lighting and beautification of Carlos Garza Park and entry roads.

In the past, the TCEDC has used funds to assist in the acquisitiona and development of multi-purpose parks as allowed under the criteria of the TCEDC's status.  In particular, the TCEDC funded the purchase and development of Carlos Garza Park.  To beautify and carry the vintage lighting them around the park and the gateway into the park, street lighting and conduit will need to be laid.  In addition to aiding the beautification of the park, it will benefit the area particular the new transit/City EOC center being built at the same intersection.
