ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider and take action on Resolution No. 20-076, extending the Mayor's Declaration of Disaster. (Emergency Management)
BACKGROUND
This item is a continuance from April 15, 2020, and to be reviewed at the first Commission meeting of the Month. The declaration by law needs to be renewed about every thirty to 60 days to make sure it stay current by state law. The first meeting of each month insures it does not exceed 60 days.
