Approve the execution of an engineering agreement with ARKK Engineers, LLC., for the Lift Station 23 Improvements Project.
BACKGROUND
ARKK Engineers, LLC. has submitted an Agreement For Services, for the engineering services necessary for the Lift Station 23 Improvements Project, not to exceed $149,570.00.

ANALYSIS
It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department that the City Commission approve a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute the Agreement For Services with ARKK Engineers, LLC. on behalf of the City Commission for the Lift Station 23 Improvements Project.
