ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
Consider and take action on Resolution No. 20-123, approve and award Bid# 2021-090 for the purchase and delivery of Police Uniforms Annual Contract.
BACKGROUND
On November 4, 2020 six (6) bid packets were mailed to area and distant vendors. Only one bid was received and the responsible bid meeting all specifications was received from Gall's LLC in Lexington, Kentucky for the unit price bid.
It is my recommendation and the recommendation of Officer Tim Herd to award the contract for the purchase and delivery of Police Uniforms to Gall's LLC. Gall's s the current vendor for the City and has provided excellent service in the past.
